Returns Procedure
At sesneslabs, we are committed to providing top-quality home fragrances.
We stand by our products and offer a superior returns policy for your satisfaction.
Simply put, we provide complimentary returns for non-customized items within a 30-day window.
Please note that our 10mL oils, designed for sampling purposes, are exempt from returns or exchanges.
We are unable to accept returns for customized products, user-damaged items, 10mL diffuser oils, or requests submitted beyond the 30-day period.
Prior to returning any machines or oils, kindly consult our returns center and complete the necessary information to expedite the resolution process.
Final Sale items and 10mL diffuser oils are ineligible for returns.
Refund Protocol
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days following the authorization and receipt of your return at our warehouse.
Customs Duities
Custom fees, taxes, and duties for all international and Canadian orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. The value of your order must be stated on the package as per custom requirements. Delivery of your package may be delayed by custom agents in rare cases. Payment, either by credit card or COD, is necessary to release your order from customs when it arrives. If customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned to sesneslabs.
