Shipping Details

Shipping durations range from 3-5 business days, contingent upon your proximity to Fremont, CA. Delivery times may be subject to delays during peak seasons, such as Black Friday and the Christmas holiday period.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all diffuser oils, perfumes, and liquid balms are considered final sale once opened or used.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you accordingly.

For unopened and unused items, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
A valid proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns not related to product quality or defects

If you choose to use a prepaid return shipping label provided by us, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used diffuser oils or perfumes
Sale or clearance items
Limited edition products
Gift cards

Refund Protocol

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days following the authorization and receipt of your return at our warehouse.

Customs Duities

Custom fees, taxes, and duties for all international and Canadian orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. The value of your order must be stated on the package as per custom requirements. Delivery of your package may be delayed by custom agents in rare cases. Payment, either by credit card or COD, is necessary to release your order from customs when it arrives. If customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned to sesneslabs.
